the most popular packages are, and then feature those items on the
website so that customers have easy access to them. Having excellent customer
service by allowing customers to email or chat live with a customer
service representative will also help us to retain loyal customers.
Through this form of customer
retention, we will also gain a form of free advertisement called “word
of mouth.” Since we will provide our customers with an easy, friendly
and useful way of planning their parties, they will walk away satisfied
